Therapy

Trauma Therapy.

Specializing in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and EMDR, trauma work is informed by neuroscience, somatic experiencing and CBT principles.

Anxiety/Stress Management.

I go beyond cognitive behavioral (CBT) interventions and educate clients on nervous system regulation, promoting a better understanding of the brain-body relationship. Recognizing physiological arousal states and engaging in downregulation are integral parts of my approach.

Couples Therapy.

Using an attachment-based framework and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), we will identify and heal empathic ruptures, uncover and shift core beliefs, and create emotional safety to deepen connections.

Culturally Informed Care for South Asian Americans.

As an Indian American, I understand all too well the cultural pressures abounding within the community. My practice strives to develop psychological flexibility, honoring traditions while forging individual paths.

Self-Growth and Introspection.

Sometimes we’re doing ok, even well, but just want to build healthier responses to stressors, boost self-awareness, raise our emotional intelligence, or make sense of past hurts and incidents. Maybe we are seeking greater fulfilment, are having a hard time staying present, or want to handle things in a different way. Therapy is a great avenue to foster growth and live an optimized life closer to your values.
